Delivery and payments.

When you place an order with Midianpress, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming order is being processed.
If there is a delay in supplying your order you will be notified and you may choose to wait or you may cancel your order prior to processing.
The free delivery offered is by surface mail only and we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system.

Customs on international duty. Some international shipments may be subject to additional customs levies and taxes. Additional charges if applicable must be borne by the purchaser.

Privacy.
Midianpress understands that privacy is important to you. None of the personal information used in your purchase will be used for any other purpose than to process the sale and to advise the customer of further Midianpress News and product updates.

Refunds.
Refunds will be available depending on the reason for the return. If you have received a damaged or the wrong product, we will be happy to replace or refund the product and delivery costs. For refunds use the “contact us” section on the Midianpress web site or mail to contactus@midianpress.com
